What is EFT?
EFT tapping: gentle, deep emotional healing
Emotional Freedom Techniques combine modern psychology with acupressure to release what you've been carrying.

Gentle, but powerful
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Negative emotions and limiting beliefs (“I'm such a failure”) stay trapped in the body and the subconscious mind. By tapping on acupressure points while focusing on a specific issue or emotion, we calm the nervous system and release stuck energy, so you can finally process those emotions and let them go.
It's very gentle. You don't need to relive a trauma in order to release it. But it isn't just a nice chat, either. We work on something specific, we check how strong it feels before and after, and you can feel the inner change for yourself.
Knowing is not enough
Our cognitive brain might know everything, but that isn't enough to change the way we feel. Our deeper consciousness isn't connected to what we know in our heads.
“Just thinking about him makes me sweat and my heart starts racing. I know he can't hurt me anymore, but it doesn't help.”
“I know it's just a small prick. But I panic as soon as I see the needle.”
“When my son loses it, I know he's just a little kid having a meltdown, but I'm still flooded with feelings of rejection, guilt and anger. I can't stop myself reacting aggressively.”
Your body has already associated that incident, situation or person with pain or danger. We can't be logical when our subconscious mind and nervous system are in a panic. EFT works on that deeper level, where the feeling actually lives.
Why EFT?
Evidence-based
EFT has been tested in many clinical trials with incredible results. It's often been found to be more effective than traditional therapy.
Long-lasting results
EFT heals on a deep level. It combines modern psychology with ancient acupressure to release suppressed emotions and restore balance and inner peace.
Gentle and safe
You stay in control the whole time. We work at your pace, and you never have to relive painful memories in detail to let them go.
Mind and body
Stress lives in the body too. Many clients find EFT transformative for their digestive issues, headaches or chronic pain.
How EFT can help you
Emotional healing
Anxiety, low mood, self-esteem and social insecurities. EFT gently releases what you've been carrying.
Relationships
Marriage, family, in-laws, friendships. EFT frees you from your triggers so you can respond calmly instead of reacting.
Feeling stuck
Whether it's shidduchim, a career, or a goal you keep circling, we find what's holding you back and move past it.
Trauma and painful memories
Our bodies hold trauma, not just our brains. EFT is one of the most effective, gentlest ways to let traumatic memories go.
Habits and patterns
Obsessive thinking, emotional eating and other patterns that feel bigger than you.
…and anything else
EFT is a way to process emotions, and that's always a good thing. Everyone can benefit.
Questions women often ask
What happens in an EFT session?
We start with whatever is on your mind: a feeling, a memory, a relationship, a reaction you don't like. While you focus on it, you gently tap on a series of acupressure points on your face and upper body as I guide you. As the emotions are released, new insights and calm come up. Most clients feel a real shift in the very first session.
Do I have to talk about painful details?
No. One of the beautiful things about EFT is that there's no need to re-experience a trauma in order to release it. You share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
Does it work on Zoom?
Yes, it's just as effective online. I see clients by Zoom all over the world, and in person in my home in Jerusalem.
Who do you work with?
Frum women and older girls (not children). Most of my work is with emotional issues and relationships: anxiety, self-esteem, triggers, family and marriage, birth trauma, grief and feeling stuck.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you and what you'd like to work on. Some issues shift in a session or two; deeper patterns take longer. We'll talk it through honestly in your free consultation.
Is EFT evidence-based?
Yes. EFT has been tested in many clinical trials with incredible results. Research shows it reduces anxiety, stress and the intensity of painful memories. Read more in my post “Does EFT work?”.
